BSA-Biosolids Analyzer

The Senfit BSA- Biosolids Analyzer measures solids content of cake after centrifuge or belt press at waste water treatment process. Operating range varies between 14 to 45 % of solids covering most of the desired solid content levels.

BSA utilizes same microwave principle as other Senfit moisture detecting products. Sensor structure is new and has been developed to ensure highest measuring accuracy and performance.
Since the first installation in September 2010 BSA has proven to be a product with high performance and reliability.

OMS- On-Line Moisture Sensor

OMS utilizes also new Senfit sensor design recently developed to cover wood moisture measurement requirements in the industry. Applications can be found in wood chip drying and pellet processes.
OMS-Sensor measures moisture in range of 0 – 50%. Each sensor is connected to a central unit where one electronics unit serves up to eight sensors.
By installing parallel electronics units an unlimited number of sensors can be included to a mill-wide system.

Senfit announces a new device to measure moisture content of biomaterials. (24.02.2010)

The Senfit BMA-Biomaterial Moisture Analyzer works with wide range of materials. All forest based as well as peat materials have been tested and verified with the product. Operating range from 0 to 70 % covers most of the desired moisture levels.

The unit is a patch type device measuring chip samples of about 0.5 kg. As the sample tray has been placed into the measuring g chamber, moisture reading is available in a few seconds on a PC screen. PC works as operator station also storing all moisture data with sample coding into a file that can be later opened as Excel-file for further utilization.

This revolutionary instrument is based on microwave technology that is well proven in other industrial moisture measurement applications.
